Terms & Booking Conditions.

The plain terms for memberships and courses — including our refund policy. Last updated: 11 June 2026.

About these terms

These terms apply when you book a membership, grind or course with Revise.ie, operated by Reviseonline Limited (registered in Ireland, company no. 418387) ("Revise.ie", "we", "us" and "our"). By booking, the parent or guardian making the booking agrees to them on the student's behalf.

Our refund promise

Since 2007, every Revise.ie membership and course has carried a no-questions-asked, pro-rata refund. If you stop attending, we refund the unused portion — no forms, no medical certs, no quibble.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through the website or in person and are confirmed once payment (or the deposit) is received. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe — we don't store card details. You can pay a term in full, or by a €50 deposit followed by three monthly instalments where that option is offered. A place is held once the deposit is paid.

Prices

Current prices are shown on each programme page. Prices are per term unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future terms, but never for a term you've already paid for.

Refunds and cancellations

If a student withdraws from a membership, or cancels a course booking, we refund the unused portion — no forms, no medical certs, no quibble. We've run this way since 2007, and it applies to every membership and every course. We do not refund occasional missed sessions where the student's place remained available to them. To request a refund, just email info@revise.ie.

For online bookings, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under Irish and EU consumer law. Where a course or session is due to take place within that period and you've expressly requested us to begin providing the service before the end of the cooling-off period, you may lose part of your cancellation rights in accordance with applicable consumer law — but our own no-questions pro-rata refund stands regardless.

Conduct in the centre

The centre runs on a small set of house rules that keep the room working for everyone. The key ones: phones are for school use only; work is silent and individual; and students who repeatedly disrupt others are asked to leave and do not return. Where a membership ends because of repeated disruption, the unused portion is refunded pro-rata as above.

Attendance and supervision

Attendance is recorded at the door and parents are kept informed. There is always a supervisor in the room. Students are responsible for their own travel to and from the centre unless otherwise arranged. Revise.ie is not responsible for students outside scheduled programme times.

Changes to the schedule

Occasionally we may need to change a date, time or venue (for example, a venue becoming unavailable). We'll give as much notice as we can, and if a change means a student can no longer attend a session they've paid for, that session is refunded pro-rata.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to that, Revise.ie will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at a programme. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
