At Revise we aim to provide a friendly, safe and comfortable environment for every student. To keep it that way, everyone who studies with us follows this code. It has worked since 2007 — and it doesn't change. Version 1.0 · Last reviewed: 3 September 2026.
If you are using your phone for schoolwork, it must be flat on the table, face up. If you are not using it, it goes in your pocket. If we are in any doubt, we take the phone for the session — no arguments.
There is no going to the toilet during study. Use the breaks.
Should any issue arise with a student, we follow the same protocol every time — and we document it.
In the case of a major issue, the student is asked to leave immediately and may not return for the remainder of the school year. Parents are notified.
Where a place ends because of repeated disruption, the unused portion of the fee is refunded pro-rata, as set out in our terms.
One thing this code is not. Where an incident involves harm to a child — a sexual assault, a serious assault, or the sharing of intimate images of a child — it stops being a behaviour matter and is handled under our Child Safeguarding Statement instead. It is reported to our Relevant Person and, where the threshold is met, to Tusla and An Garda Síochána. Both the child who was harmed and the child who caused the harm are treated as children who may need protection or support.
Booking, payment and our refund policy are on the Terms & refunds page.
