St. Patrick’s Day is now behind us. This year, it brought a long weekend—and long weekends often lead to a dip in study performance. So, if you’re struggling to get back into a rhythm, don’t be too hard on yourself—you’re not alone.

Staying Motivated
Motivation is a challenge for everyone at this stage. As we always say, it’s tough to keep your enthusiasm levels as high as you’d like. A great strategy is to break the remaining time into manageable chunks. There are just four weeks until Easter—can you give it your all for these next four weeks? I promise, motivation won’t be an issue after Easter!

Easter is very late this year. The first week will be packed with oral exams, keeping motivation levels high. But what about the second week of the break? With only four school weeks left after Easter—and just over a week before exams begin—you should make the most of that second week. It’s the perfect time to shift into high gear and start your final push.

I usually keep self-promotion to a minimum here, but now is the perfect time to consider attending one of our Easter revision courses in Kilkenny or Athlone. We guarantee that it will be the most productive week of your school life.

Oral Exam Preparation

Right now, oral exam preparation is the top priority for most students. To help you out, I’m sharing a link to SpunOut, a great resource with helpful content on this topic:

Project Deadlines

If you still have unfinished projects, now is the time to wrap them up. Some deadlines may have passed, but many subjects still have upcoming submissions. Getting your projects out of the way will free up more time to focus on your final preparations.

Let’s push through these next few weeks—you’ve got this! ?
